If I were to describe what type of coach I am I will tell you I am a multi-dimensional coach. From a broad suite of coaching tools and incorporating both academic study, professional training and personal study and learning, I offer personalised sessions drawing on an eclectic and varied psychological, therapeutic and spiritual toolbox. Autogenic Training is a self-relaxation technique that uses repeated phrases and focused attention to induce a calm, meditative state and promote physical and mental relaxation.

With clients, it can be used to:

Improve overall well-being by fostering a deep sense of relaxation and control over bodily responses.s.

Reduce stress, anxiety, and psychosomatic symptoms.

Enhance self-regulation, focus, and emotional balance.

Support personal development through increased self-awareness and inner calm.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.

With clients, it is used to:

Promote personal change by linking thoughts, feelings, and actions to create lasting mental and emotional well-being.

Increase awareness of negative thinking patterns.

Challenge and reframe distorted thoughts.

Develop healthier behaviors and coping strategies.

Life coaching is a goal-oriented process that helps individuals shift their mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop strategies for personal growth and success.

With a focus on mindset change, life coaching guides clients to:

Build confidence and resilience for a more fulfilling life.

Identify and challenge self-defeating thoughts.

Cultivate empowering beliefs and habits.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that explores the connection between neurological processes (neuro), language (linguistic), and learned behavioral patterns (programming). It aims to understand how people organize thoughts, language, and behavior to produce results.

With clients, NLP is used to:

Use techniques like anchoring, modeling, and visualization to build new, empowering habits.

Positive psychology is the scientific study of human strengths, well-being, and optimal functioning. It focuses on enhancing what makes life worth living, rather than just treating problems.

Foster lasting well-being through evidence-based practices like journaling, mindfulness, and strengths-based coaching.

Cultivate strengths, gratitude, and positive emotions.

Increase resilience, optimism, and life satisfaction.

Psychological Tarot is the use of Tarot cards as a projective tool to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

In psychotherapy and life coaching, it is used to:

Subconscious Analysis and Reprogramming (S.A.R.) is a therapeutic method focused on identifying and altering subconscious beliefs and patterns that influence behavior and emotional responses. It combines elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, and cognitive techniques to access the subconscious mind, analyze limiting beliefs, and “reprogram” them with more adaptive ones.
