Many people who arrive here are thoughtful, self-aware, and psychologically literate. They’ve reflected deeply. They understand their history. They often know their patterns. And yet something still feels effortful, tight, or “almost okay.” This is not a failure of insight or motivation. Often, it simply means change has been approached at the level of understanding, while the pattern itself lives at the level of experience. The Conscious Integration Intensive is a structured space to support change becoming integrated — not forced, not rushed, and not reduced to techniques. It is not therapy, and it is not coaching in the motivational sense. It is a guided process of integration.

Our work draws on three interrelated areas: Somatic regulation, Conscious experience, Integration over time. This is orientation and accompaniment, not performance or pressure.

A small number of clients are taken at any one time. This allows depth, presence, and continuity. Availability may vary depending on current caseload.

- It is not crisis support
- Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and external support systems
- 24-hour notice is requested for rescheduling
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited
- Confidentiality is respected within normal professional and legal limits
